We cannot accept returns unless there has been a problem during transport.

The shipments are sent from Barcelona (Spain) and I take care of packing them very carefully so that the pieces do not suffer any damage.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. I can not be responsible for delays in shipments once delivered to the shipping agency.

The pieces are made of low-temperature ceramics. Glazed with food safe glazes.
Over time this type of ceramics can crack or stain, you can clean them with baking soda and water. This is something that makes them unique.
